DCC is a national and international center focusing on self-care, personal assessment, and continuing leadership skills for clergy and church professionals. We believe that excellence in ministry is achieved and sustained by ministers and religious leaders who are spiritually, mentally, physically, and intellectually healthy. It is the only center in the nation to offer all of these services specifically for clergy in a single, intensive program.
Located in the historic, college town of Davidson, North Carolina, DCC is part of the Charlotte-metro region, easily accessible from Interstate highways and within 20 miles of the Charlotte-Douglas International Airport.

Assess and learn spiritual disciplines best suited for your theology, tradition, and personal interest.
- A fitness physical by a board-certified physician, lab work for critical health profiles, and an individual interpretation of lab tests along with nutrition consultation by a Registered Nurse to help you commit to long- and short-term physical health goals.
- Four hours of individual training with a Certified Personal Trainer/fitness instructor develops a fitness program based on individual needs.
- A five-year (or applicable time) plan developed in coordination with your individual counselor
The plan is presented to your small group of colleagues for support, feedback, and encouragement. The objective is to build an intentional plan that includes specific goals and means to continue physical, mental, and spiritual health in their own community.
