Costs that are considered clinically necessary are covered by most health-care providers. We will assist you to make the program as accessible as possible. DCC will give you an analysis of what your insurance will provide, submit claims, and help with recommendations on denominational resources.
DCC is an in-network provider for most major health-care providers, and we will work with all providers to provide clients with their maximum benefits and arrange individual case agreements.
Upon request, we will contact your insurance provider and research your specific coverage.
Upon completion of the program, an invoice is mailed to you to cover your estimated out-of-pocket costs. DCC will submit an insurance claim with your provider and seek pre-certification when necessary.
Uninsured costs are often reimbursed through continuing education allowances provided by churches and faith-based institutions. Some clients utilize sabbatical funds as well as local, regional, and national denominational resources.
The total cost of the Five-Day Comprehensive Renewal Program is $2,650. Out-of-pocket costs vary, depending on specific insurance coverage. Scholarship information is available through the Clergy Revewal Fundwww.clergyfund.org.
Guests send a $200 deposit (applied to the program) to secure a reservation. Deposits are refundable up to three weeks prior to the reserved date, or reservations may be moved to another week.
